The National Meeting for Leadership Training of Rural Women was held in the province of Córdoba, a cooperation project for leadership training between INTA, AECID, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for rural women and the ArgenINTA Foundation.

At the ArgenINTA Foundation, we support the initiative, as the implementers of the Cooperation Project, which includes virtual and in-person activities and the participation of experts who conduct workshops and seminars in conjunction with the INTA Rural Extension Agencies throughout most of the country.

These councils serve as a strategic space for dialogue with diverse local stakeholders to discuss the institution's activities and scope, and to propose actions that contribute to the development of the territories. The program is aimed at rural women who are members of these councils, with the goal of strengthening their participation, organizational capacity, technical skills, and advocacy.
