From November 10 to 14, 2025, the workshop “Project Cycle Management (PCM) – Module: Participatory Planning” was held at the headquarters of the ArgenINTA Foundation, organized in conjunction with the National Directorate of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship.

Project Cycle Management (PCM) is a key tool for managing development projects. The training was led by two specialists who shared content based on the JICA methodology, internationally recognized for its participatory and results-oriented approach.

In addition to representatives from Fundación ArgenInta, various institutions such as @agriculturaar, @inta.argentina, @senasaargentina, @crea_arg, and @aapresid participated in the workshop, with the aim of strengthening ties, sharing tools, and promoting new cooperation synergies.
