Topic: Isolation of anaerobic bacteria from rumen contents\/culturomics\/genome sequencing.
The goal is to create a database that includes new, previously unsequenced bacterial isolates, to improve the understanding of the rumen microbiome and its connection to ruminant nutrition and methane emissions.<\/p>

El tesista estar\u00e1 bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la Dra. Mar\u00eda Cer\u00f3n Cucchi (INTA-Argentina) y los Dres. Milka Popovay Diego Morgavi (INRAE-Francia).<\/p>

Requirements: The candidate should have a degree in Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field. Good knowledge of English is required.<\/p>

Duration: 3 years.<\/p>
