Caminos y Sabores

Caminos y Sabores is one of the most significant venues for promoting Argentina's productive, cultural, and gastronomic identity. The fair brings together producers, entrepreneurs, institutions, chefs, and the general public around the foods, know-how, traditions, and products that represent the country's various regions.
In this edition, the ArgenINTA Foundation will participate in the "Cocina Show – Masterclass: Cooking with Memory" segment, supporting a culinary presentation led by chef Paula Comparatore and Juan Gaffuri, who will share his expertise on dry-aged beef and its use in a recipe specially designed for the event.

The proposal aims to showcase regional foods linked to the work of INTA, highlighting their gastronomic attributes as well as the technical, production, and territorial processes behind each product.

The ArgenINTA Foundation’s participation in this space aims to support the promotion of products that embody the collaborative effort combining technical knowledge, innovation, value addition, and territorial development. In this regard, the activity offers an opportunity to showcase to the general public the tangible results of initiatives carried out by INTA in partnership with the productive sector across various regions of the country.

The masterclasses will feature products representative of various regions, highlighting not only their culinary qualities but also the knowledge, processes, and technical expertise involved in their production. In this way, the activity integrates cuisine, production, and applied knowledge, strengthening the link between gastronomy and the national production sector.

For the ArgenINTA Foundation, this participation represents an opportunity for institutional collaboration that helps boost the visibility of INTA’s work, promote regional foods, and support initiatives linking production, innovation, gastronomy, and development.

In this regard, the presence of the ArgenINTA Foundation and INTA at Caminos y Sabores 2026 represents an opportunity to showcase how technical knowledge and institutional support can contribute to enhancing the value of Argentine products.
