TRANSPARENCY
The ArgenINTA Foundation complies with Law 27.275 on Access to Public Information, which aims to guarantee the effective exercise of the Right of Access to Public Information, promote citizen participation, and ensure transparency in public administration. According to this law, all information generated, obtained, transformed, controlled, or held by the obligated entities covered by it is presumed to be public.
The ArgenINTA Foundation, it maintains a Compliance Management System (CMS) for the comprehensive management of national and international projects, which guarantees transparency and integrity in operations, based on the ISO 37301 standard, which is audited and certified by IRAM.

TRANSPARENCY
The Law on Access to Public Information establishes the right of access to public information and stipulates that everyone has the right to request and receive information generated, managed, or held by public institutions and other obligated entities in a timely and truthful manner. This law promotes access to information through simple and rapid procedures, fosters transparency through the dissemination of information, encourages accountability, and promotes citizen participation and oversight in the management of resources by state institutions.
The right of access to public information includes the possibility of searching, accessing, requesting, receiving, copying, analyzing, reprocessing, reusing and freely redistributing information (Article 2 of Law No. 27,275) under the custody of the obligated subjects listed in Article 7 of this law, with the only limitations and exceptions established by this rule.
